The development of the machining technology, as well as the CNC technology is really fast in recent decades, we are lucky to be able to utilize the most advanced CNC machining technology in the world by introducing the most advanced CNC machines which are mostly produced in Germany, Italia and Japan. Laser tracking testers and CMM testers are good plus to ensure the equipment in good condition and the product at expected tolerance. Our machining service is especially essential to the industry of metallurgy, machinery, power/energy,petro-chemical and etc.

We provide casting service for almost all kinds of metal material, by means of sand mold casting, investment casting(lost wax casting),centrifugal casting. The castings we can supply can be largely devided into three categories, steel, iron and aluminum, though actually steel and iron belongs to ferrous metal and aluminum belongs to non-ferrous metal. Our annual capacity of castings is 10000tons, the max gross weight of the steel castings or iron casitngs we can cast is 450tons per piece, while non-ferrous metal castings can be 300kgs max. We have confidence to challenge what ever hard task on metal casting.
