NG1.0 Insulation brick is used in high temperature insulation layer of furnace that has high refractoriness and good thermal shock resistance. It can reduce the radiation loss of the kiln, save energy and reduce the weight of the hot working equipment. The NG1.0 Insulation brick is not suitable for using in the bearing structure of the kiln and also it is not suitable to contact slag, furnace charge, molten metal and other parts.

Insulation bricks are packed in carton that put on wooden pallet and then polyethylene film is placed over it, finally the package is tied up with plastic strips.10 piece in one carton, 48 carton on one pallet and 24 pallet in one 20 feet container for 230m*114mm*65mm size bricks.
