Product Description
1.Our bed sheet folding machine is a fully automatic machine and using industrial color touch screen display panel with flexible programmable control system. The folding program can be modified and set according to user's requirement. Self diagnostic system enable user to isolate machine fault timely, simple operation and easy maintenance of the system.
2.Design to perform 2 cross and 3 vertical folds. Standard 1st,2nd and 3rd folds by air, 4th and 5th folds by blade; Optional 1st and 2nd folds by air,3rd,4th and 5th folds by blade. Left or right side options delivery of folded linen. Auto stacker can be interfaced to stack the folded linen after delivery from the folder.
3.Anti electro-static devices are installed to remove the static build-up during folding process.
4.Using powerful single stroke mechanical blade to perform the last fold. Suitable for folding thick linen. Reliable and efficient.
5.Inverter drive speed synchronization between ironer and folder, inverter can automatically adjust the speed of folder when the speed of ironer changes, ensure the flatwork coming out from ironer is feeding smoothly to the folder.
