Application:

This machine can produce diesel & gasoline from black dirty engine oil, waste lube oil, crude oil, waste plastic oil, and waste rubber oil after through catalytic distillation.

Pump the pre-treated oil into heater vessel (distillation kettle), heat the oil upto working temperature (430℃), then distillation catalytic, finally diesel and gasoline obtained.

Stop heating when reaction of waste oil is completed, remove all the remaining residues, then all system can be reused for next time.

Advantages:

This oil distillation system has widely usage: can treat all kinds of waste dirty oil like used engine oil, diesel oil, rubber oil and other waste lube oil, also a variety of waste industrial oil to be new diesel or fuel oil, gasoline. High recovery rate: base oil: 85% ~ 95%; gasoline: 3%; diesel:3 ~ 4%; sludge: 6% ~ 8%. Do not need acid and clay, get high quality base oil. No unsaturated composition, can storage in a long-term without change its color, also no any bad smell.

7 Adopting water circulation method on atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, it is very safe. And after decompression in the whole system, refined oil production quantity and quality are increased obviously

9 High effective heating system, many heating sources can be used such as natural gas, furnace oil, coal, etc.
