As the health and safety of workers becomes more and more important, with compensation payments getting higher and higher, the use of tools and equipment specifically to minimize work related accidents and time off work due to repetitive stress problems.

Repetitive stress problems occur when a worker is using the same tool or doing the same task for long periods of time. Damage to the worker can result in lengthy periods from work, to recover and in some cases expensive surgery.

 An astute employer or worker needs to consider long term health and the costs associated with maintaining this.

 The Die cast Aluminium alloy or steel hammer is fitted with screw in Nylon faces or for certain specialist applications Polyurethane. 

A cavity inside the head is partially fitted with steel shot which adds to the weight, prevents rebound and delivers 'dead' blows of maximum force. 

Faces are designed to wear and are replaceable by hand. 
Used, due to the easily interchangeable faces, as a multi purpose striking tool and is ideal for sustained and effective blows without recoil. 
Commonly used in most assembly/fitting applications including engineering, tool making, shop fitting, partitioning, double glazing etc.

Conventional fully coated deadblow hammers are simply discarded when the coating is worn away. These hammers last a lifetime and only the faces need to be replaced.

 Presently sold with two nylon faces, with other faces readily available in the market place.

 Available in any power coating colour you require, with your own custom labeling to suit.
