Practical Value
Based on many years research in materials plastic forming and springback simulation, MHFLC system can track the status of each successive forming process to precisely acquire FLD (forming limit diagram) by means of real-time online measurement, according to GB4156-2007, GB / T24171.1, 24171.2 standards. With highly integrated system, real-time communication control, force acquisition and feedback control for the forming equipment are best achieved by using a key to complete the entire measuring process. According to heavy plate, high-strength sheet requirements, different stamping parts and high temperatures forming unit are developed to solve problems of the rebound of sheet forming off-line measurement, the abrasion wear of grid points, the calculation of simulation errors and other industry problems.
