    We are a manufacturer specialized on paper packaging, also we are a trading company that has export and import certification.

2. Can I get a sample?
    Of course! We can make samples for you, but because of the high cost of setting up the machine we need to charge you $50 ~ 100 depends on the product. Don't worry, we will refund you the sample charge after you place the bulk order with us.

3. Do you accept customized order, like different size and color?
    Yes! We do customized products, any size and color we can make according upon your requirements. But price is varied based on different sizes, please contact us to discuss the details. Also if you don't know what size you need, we can s est size to you.

4. What color can I use?
    We have state of art Germany 5 color printer. So all color is available.

5. What is lead time for mass production?
    It really depends on the quantity, but usually it will take about 7 ~ 14 business days.

6. When can I get the quotation?

7. What about shipping method and shipping cost?
   We are willing to cooperate with you for any shipping method, by sea for large quantity order, by air for small quantity order. Please note shipping cost may vary.

8. When can you ship the order?
    After the produts are finished. Our sales will contact you and our QC staff will check the quality. Normally the order will be shipped in 3 days after.
