Injection system: hot runner turned to submarine gate for diffusers molds, edge gate for swing blades molds, timing valve gate for cover panel molds. Direct cone or hot runner turn to submarine gate for blower fan molds.

Ejection system: Mechanical ejection + hydraulice ejection

Water cooling system: Mold cavity part linked with mold temperature controller, the temperature is 65 degree;core part linked with normal temperature water.

Plastic material: ABS PA 716, MFI 38 g/10min; ABS 757,MFI 22 g/10min. and ABS+25%GF or AS+25%GF.
