Strong power wood crusher is suitable for chipping and shreddingthe materials such as wood logs, bamboo chip, block shaped stuff, residues from sawmill, corncob into 2-5mm sized sawdust. The sawdust from discharge chute is available for drying and briquetting. This machine is the first step of making biomass charcoal. 

Working Principle                                 

There are two types of cutting structure on the basis of feedstock. The first type has a lot of hammers mounted on the shaft and the second type has increased a steel disk based on hammers. But the materials from discharge chute are same. We will give you best configuration based on your raw materials provided to us. The hammers are fixed to the central rotor. The rotor is spun at a high speed while material is fed into a feed hopper. The material is impacted by the hammer bars and is thereby shredded and expelled through screen panel of a selected size. The blades are made from high grade steel.
