The machine is designed professionally for big feed factories. Different from the vertical mill &mixer, this type is suitable for grinding and mixing wet ingredients and premix compound, concentrate feed, and complete formula feed of pig, cow and sheep which improve feed utilization. It also can be made of stainless steel for application in food, chemical, pharmaceuticals, pesticide and other industries.

Working principle

Horizontal feed grinder mixer consists of the mill on the top and mixing chamber. The mixer chamber adopts a U-shaped tub structure with double screw ribbons mounted on a horizontal shaft with rotor. The materials are put into the U-shaped tub through being milled and are pushed out by screw ribbons. The outer screw ribbons push the materials move one side to the other side and the inner screw ribbons make materials move towards reverse direction. The feed moves forward and backwards in the tub to achieve the mixing.
