Armor-Wrap Structural Material, with high strength and elasticity, is made from flexible fiberglass knit fabric tape saturated with water-activated polyurethane. After being water-activated it can create a rigid structure with high ability of anti-bending and anti-elongation, and chemicals-resistance.

Armor-Wrap is used in emergency repair and protection of pipelines which carry water, gas and chemicals in civil and military industrial use. It has played an important role in the fields of power supply, chemicals transportation, marine and communication engineering by reducing losses caused by pipeline leaking or damage, and has become the necessary part in emergency repair and pipeline maintenance. The quality and the performance of our products have been proved excellent by some authoritative institutes and big customers.

Armor-Wrap is packed in aluminize foil pouch with nitrogen. It can be operated easily without requirement of extra equipment. The only step required is infusing water into the pouch and then wrapping it onto the cables or pipelines. The material will form a tough durable covering that sets in 20-30 minutes.

Usage:

1.clean the surface of the material which will be wrapped 2.Put on the gloves and remove tape from bag

3.Soak in water at 20-23℃ for 3-5second and squeeze excess water

4.wrapping at the 1/3 of the wrapped position .after wrapping smoothing and pressing in order to enhance adhesion and strength

Sets within 2-3min. load-bearing after 20mins

• Avoid deliberately squeezing or pressing.

• Store in dry, shady and cool indoor place with temperature lower than 40°C, preferably lower than 30°C
