MAIN CONFIGURATIONS:

 This brewhouse system includes 3 tanks(mash tun/lautering tun, brew kettle/whirlpool, hot liquor tank), please check the details in the following chart.

This following chart is the 1200L brewing system configuration for your reference.

Heating source: electricity, baine-marie heating, gas fired or steam heating

Material: stainless steel 304/316 or copper

Main features of brewhouse and fermentation:

Brewhouse system: 

1) - Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; 

    -surface wall stainless steel 304, 2mm

2) - Dome top, top manway with glass

    - Side manway, cone bottom 160 degree

3) - Insulation: polyurethane/rockwool 100mm;

     - with inside CIP washing ball

     - Agitator

     - removable false bottom

     - sparging arm, sight glass

      -Tangential inlet for whirlpool

      -Thermowell for temperature sensor and thermometer

      -100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

      -Interior Finish: Mirror polishing to 0.4~0.6μm without dead corner

Inside:

Fermentation system:

1) - Inner wall stainless steel 304, 3mm; 

      -surface wall stainless steel 304, 2mm

 2)  -Dome top, conical bottom,

      -Top mounted manway

3)  -Insulation: polyurethane 100mm

4)  -Glycol cooling jackets on both cylinder and cone

5) - Inside 360 degree rotating CIP washing ball;

     - CIP arm

     - Pressure gauge

     - relief&vacuum valve on top

      -dry hops port on top

      -bung apparatus

     - rotating racking arm on cone

     - thermometer

      -carbonation stone (optional)

 6)  -100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

      -Interior Finish:Mirror polishing to 0.4~0.6μm without dead corner

      -Testing pressure: 3 bar

      -working pressure: 1.5-2 bar

OPTIONAL: 

 Beer bottling line: bottle washing machine, filling machine, capping machine,

 pasteurization tank, labelling machine.

 Kegs washer and filler.(one head or double head)

 Beer kegs(10L,20L,30L,50L...).

 Steam boiler.

Reference:

1. For electrical elements part, we use SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, DANFOSS, OMRON, ABB....etc. Also do UL standard.

 2. We have the capacity of 100L, 200L, 300L, 500L, 1000L, 1200L, 2000L, 3000L, 5000L, 8000L...(1bbl, 2bbl, 5bbl, 10bbl....) per patch for your choice.

      It can be customized, such as the capacity(dimension can be customized), material(stainless steel 304/316 or copper), voltage(like 380v, 50Hz, 3phases), heating source(electric, steam or gas fired heating), etc.

3. The brewer can also brew draft beer, pale beer, brown beer, stout beer etc.
