Application:
This product is used as 1E-class circuit for the power configuration, control, testing, communications and instrument compensation of nuclear island factory building of nuclear power plant.
Product characteristics:
1、Rated voltage(U0/U):0.6/1KV.
2、Max. permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor is 90℃, while for short circuit (no more than four seconds) the temperature is 250℃.
3、The ambient temperature under installation is -10℃~40℃.
4、The permissible bending radius under installation:
For Unshielded Cable: no less than 6 times of overall diameter
For shielded cable: no less than 8 times of overall diameter
5、Min. permissible ambient temperature under installation: -40℃
6、Normal useful life: 50 years.
7、Special properties of cable:
(1)The cable can undergo bundled burning test specified in GB/T18380.3 (IEC 332-3).
(2)The insulated conductor of cable can undergo vertical burning test specified in GB/T18380.1 (IEC332-1).
(3)The low smoke property of cable conforms to the regulations specified in GB/T 17651(IEC61034): light transmittance ≥60.
(4)The low halogen property of cable conforms to regulations specified in GB/T 17650.2(IEC60754-2): PH≥4.3,electrical conductivity<10μs/mm.
8、Electric property of cable:
(1)Cable can withstand the test of AC 3500V/5min without breakdown;
(2)The resistivity of conductorρ20 not more than 0.0172410Ω·mm²/m
(3)Insulation resistance constant: K20 not less than 3670MΩ·km、K60 not less than 367 MΩ·km、K90 not less than 36 MΩ·km.
