OPTIONAL material for main components of the Hydraulic cylinder
1.Cylinder Tube
According to the work pressure,work temperature,work situation and other special requirements,different cylinder tube will be choosed.
a. Cylinder Tube:cold drawn precision seamless steel tube, hot rolled seamless steel tube, forged tube.
b. Tube Material:SAE1020(20#), SAE1035(35#) , SAE1045(45#) , etc.
c. Surface Roughness:R0.16-0.4μm

2.Piston Rod
a. Rod Material:35#,SAE1045(45#),35CrMo,42CrMo4,etc.
b. Technical Treatment: Quenched and tempered, to reach the hardness of 229~285HB. If necessary, proceed high frequency quenching for the piston rod to achieve the 45~55HRC hardness.
c. Surface treatment: Chrome plating thickness to be 20~30μm.

3.Cylinder head
a. Use casting material for when low working pressure, HT300 grey iron for middle working pressure and 35#, 45# steel for high working pressure.
b. While the cylinder head also works as the guide sleeve of the piston rod, casting iron will be the best choice. And meanwhile, better to assemble some wearable material, like brass, bronze and so on.

4.Piston
a. General material is wearable casting iron, grey iron(HT300,HT350), steel and Alloy aluminum.
b. Concentricity tolerance between piston and piston rod need to be 0.03mm.

5. Seal kits
According to customers' requirements and work condition,we will choose suitable seal kits,including:Hallite,NOK,SKF,Parker,Merker,Trelleborg,China made,Taiwan made.We will supply you suitable seal kits to ensure hydraulic cylinders a long lifetime,easy maintenance and simple repairing.

Equiped with complete production facilities and modernization production plant, we have strong ability on production of the hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic power system, which is also our main product. The delivery period for the standard hydraulic cylinder can be very short to fullfill customer requirements. Depending on the PO Qty., we can provide hydraulic cylinders in 3~60days. And for hdyraulic power systems, within 2weeks(small sized)~3months(big sized).
