Product Introducton
1.All valve body and bonnet casting parts of 250PSI AWWA C515 series of whole surface epoxy coated resilient sealed gate valves which contact with medium are processed by special technics.Interior and exterior surface of these parts are sprayed and coated with innocuous epoxy powder by high pressure static method.The innocuous epoxy powder will be adhesive on the interior and exterior surfaces of the casting parts by hot solidification.The coating thickness is about 0.20-0.5mm.The wedge adopts casting iron core with whole adhesive sub by direct vulcanization.It prevents the parts of valve body.bonnet,wedge from contacting with mediums.
2.250 PSI AWWA C515 series of whole surface epoxy coated resilient  sealed gate valve is very smooth without a groove at bottom,it has no sediment impurity and can reduce the water resistance.The whole surface epoxy coated resilient sealed gate valve has very little grinding power because one side is sealed with innocuous rub,another side is coated with very smooth epoxy coating.It has advantages of longevity and short distance of longevity and short distance of only one-third to one -fouth of opening and shutting distance compared with the same size of metal sealed valve.
