Anchor Bolts
> Hit Type Anchor or Hammer Driven Anchor
Hammer driven pin type anchor for push-through installation.
The shell of an anchor is driven into the hole without the expansion pin.
Then the expansion pin is driven into the shell which after being hit expands the shell against the concrete.
> Double Ring anchor for push-through and pre-positioned installation.
When the hexagon nut is tightened, the tapered bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and expands it against the hole wall.
> Drop-in-Anchor
Bullet type anchor shell with internal thread for pre-positioned installation.
When the bullet is placed in shell & hit with a setting tools it slides forward & the inside part of shell expands and takes the grip in the wall.
> KI Taper Nut Sleeve anchor with internal threaded taper nuts for the lowest anchorage depth.
When the nut on the stud is tightened, the tapered nut on the other end is pulled into the sleeve which on expanding takes the grip in the wall.
> Through Bolt Type
Anchor Bolt for push through installation.
The fasteners is hammered into the drilled hole up to the anchors length (minus the height of nut.)
When the nut is tightened, the tapered bolt is pulled into the safety wedge clip and expands it. The safety wedge clip is very reliable for anchoring and expands & takes grip in the wall.
> Sleeve Anchor for push through installation.
For these anchor cylindrical conical hole is made with an uncut drill bit.
The Sleeve is driven or pushed over the cone shaped bolt with a setting tool which takes the grip in the concrete
> Wrap Sleeve Anchor (of various designs) for push through installation.
The tapered part of the fasteners is inserted in the wall and when the hexagonal nut or bolt is tightened the tapered bolt or nut is pulled into the sleeve, it expands & takes grip in the concrete.
> 3 Piece Anchors – also known as Rawal Bolts.
Cone side is inserted in the drilled hole & when the hexagonal bolt or nut is tightened the three strips held with spring slips on the tapered nut or projection bolts & takes the grip in the concrete.
