INTENDED USE

Hepatitis B is caused by the hepatitis B virus liver inflammatory injury, is the most widely of the current epidemic, an infectious disease of the most affected.
For qualitative detection of Hepatitis B surface antigen in serum, plasma and whole blood.

PRINCIPLE

The kits uses the double antibody sandwich method for qualitative detection of HBSAG in serum, plasma, and whole blood. in the detection test line (T) coated with monoclonal antibodies against HBSAG B, control line (C) coated with goat anti-mouse IgG antibodies. HBSAG specimens were seized in the first monoclonal antibody and anti HBSAG A-colloidal gold conjugate reaction, the reaction mixture by capillary action along the membrane chromatography move upward, when the liquid runs to the test line (T), if the sample contains HBSAG, test area coated with specific monoclonal antibodies to form a red band, as positive results. Otherwise the detection area does not appear red band, and then the reaction was negative.

REQUIREMENTS ON SPECIMEN

1. Serum, plasma, whole blood samples collected by venous conventional methods, test samples must be collected with a clean container, can be used anticoagulant heparin, EDTA, sodium citrate, sodium oxalate

2. After collection separate the serum, plasma, whole blood as soon as possible, in

order to avoid hemolysis, use of fresh specimens.

3. serum, plasma, whole blood samples stored at 2-8 ℃ in refrigerator preferably not more than 3 days, if not tested immediately should be stored at -20 ℃.
