Used for aseptic filling of a variety of products like fruit juice, jam, fruit pulp and vegetable juice and other food, beverage field. At room temperature, the products can be stored for more than one year.

working principle：
Aseptic filling machine and high temperature sterilization machine is connected, after sterilization, cooling, the materials poured into the aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag.
Aseptic filling machine first steam pre sterilization of the filling machine. Then after sterilization of material into the filling machine, in the aseptic chamber of a series of operations will be quantitative material filling into sterile bags, filling volume flowmeter or electronic scale by automatic control.
The sterile environment of the filling machine is used to realize and maintain the steam system, and the temperature is controlled automatically.

The 5 filling head is driven up and down by the lock cylinder, and the sanitary grade hose connection is filled.
6 the valve and the filling head moving parts are protected by steam barrier, and the filling chamber is sterilized by steam.
7 using SIEMENS programmable controller to achieve automatic operation of equipment.
