Q2: How can I get  a sample to check your quality?
A2: After price confirmed, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Q3:What about your after-sale services?

 A3: We have 100% QC before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve these problems  with our customers through friendly ways as below:

 1, If it’s quality problem, customers must provide photos or videos and other evidences to us for identify. After confirmation, we’ll      send the new products to replace the damages in next order.

 2, If it’s man-made damaged, customers should take full responsibility.

Q4: How to place the order?

A4: Please send us your purchase order by  E-mail, Trade Manager or Skype or you can ask us to send you a Proforma Invoice for your order.

Q5: How long can I get my order?

A5: For samples, we will finish production and ship within 5~10 working days. For bulk OEM orders, usually 10~20 working days and depends on your design.

Q6: How to send us the products?

A6: We usually use DHL, UPS, FedEX to ship samples. For bulk orders, we support shipping by air or by sea.

Q7: Can you customize according to our designs and put our logo on the products?

A7: Yes, we support both standard and customized products and can put your logo on the products. Our experienced R&D team will support technical questions. ODM/OEM is welcome.
