Dust control ventilation dust

When the heading machine works, the dust remover starts drawing dust. Control the cylinder to close the dust control ventilation duct butterfly valve manually or by the electromagnetic valve. The supplied air flow will be out of the side of the dust control ventilation duct and form the vortex air curtain to do the sealing dust control. Through the exhaust inlet, all the dust produced by the heading machine will be extracted to the dust removing fan to do the purification treatment

When the heading machine stop working, the dust remover is closed. Through the cylinder to open the dust control ventilationdust butterfly valve manually or by the electromagnetic valve. Then most of the local fan supplied air will be out of themain pathof the dust control ventilation duct, and blown to the head of the roadway for the effective air supply.

Portable ventilation monorail crane

The retractable ventilation duct is a kind of lightweight negative-pressure ventilation duct with skeleton. According to the site condition and the length of the air supplied positive-pressure ventilation duct, it can do the 10m (multiples) retractable stroke, which can reduce the moving times again and again of the dust control ventilation duct.

The main body of the monorail crane choose the 50×50×4（mm) light pipes, which are being hanging on the anchor-rod by the sling chain. It uses the pulley way of the wirerope to hang the retractable ventilation duct, the dust control ventilation duct, etc. So that the moving of the dust control ventilation duct becomes more convenient, greatly reducing the labor intensity.

Exhaust inlet

1. The main suction hood, which is being placed at 1m in the right front of the driver.
2. Protective net, which is being used to prevent the suction of large coal particles and other impurities in the air duct.
3. The selection of the additional gas concentration sensor, which can monitor the gas concentration at any time, alarm and interruption of power supply, ensuring safety.
4. The selection of the additional spraying dust settling in the exhaust inlet.

Negative-pressure ventilation duct and bracket

According to the requirements of the coal mine, the models of the negative-pressure ventilation duct can be Φ600/Φ700/ Φ800 mm. It uses the high strength hairdryer cloth, and the interval of the steel rings of the ventilation duct is no more than 100mm. (Every section duct skeleton uses one piece of spring steel that the diameter is no less than 6mm). The negative-pressure ventilation duct is supported and fixed to the side of the transport conveyor belt by the bracket with double legs. Straighten the ventilation duct when installing it and avoid bending or pileup to reduce the air resistance.   

Maintenance-free self-washing dust collector box

It is equipped with the high pressure washing nozzle with large flow filter, and controlled for the grading washing by the electric ball valve, which can achieve the real free maintenance.

The dust catcher is using the centrifugal collision principle of dust, which can maximize the collection of dust particles with the smallest pressure drop. There are equipped with high-pressure washing nozzle modules above the dust catcher. When finished the heading work, grading open the washing electric ball valve controlled by the intelligentelectriccabinet. There are 3 spray nozzle opened every time, which can achieve the real free cleaning effect, reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency.

Cooperates with Xi’an University of Science and Technology, TIANHE takes two years to develop the demister, using the international advanced software CST and the complex liquid dynamic computer simulation program. The design can reach the good water mist removal effect when the wind speed reach 12m/s.

Disrotatory axial flow fan

1. The main engine choose the disrotatory axial flow fan, which is big air volume, high air-pressure, and good dust extraction effect.
2. It takes the solution of the impeller before water adding, using the high speed mixingof the impeller to make the water atomization and the atomization effect is good.
3. The matched fan motor is the one with IP56 high waterproof grade, which can ensure more about the life span of the fan using in the harsh environment.
4. Equipped with special silencer, making the noise really reach no more than 85 dB.

The water tank is mainly composed of the integrated water tank, the Italian imported high-pressure spray pump, the self sucking non-clogging sewage pipe, the clarified water pump, cyclone filter, the reverse-washing filter, pipeline, etc. It has simple structure, compact and reasonable layout, which can provide water for the three modules: the mist spraying inside and outside of the system, the dust removal fan, and the dust capture network. It can not only realize the centralized water filter, pressure supply control, but also avoid the random discharge of sewage, saving the water resources.

This floating machinery rear is particularly suitable for the head tunnel with muddy floor of the comprehensive excavation face. The lifting and leveling function of the support cylinder, matched with the high strong traction of the heading machine, can solve the difficult problem of moving effectively for the machinery rear, which is convenient to move. The matched design of the trolley bearing the dust removing fan and the track of the floating machinery rear, can also effectively avoid the hidden danger that the trolley fails off the rail.

The system using the KXJ127 Exd[ib]IMb type control host as the control core, which has the basic function of system operation status display, parameters control setting, gas overrun power-off protection, air/water delayed control, automatic switching for the dust control air supply status, dust collector box automatic cleaning, etc.
