DYJ Series Multi-Functional Hydraulic Oil Purifier
DYJ series hydraulic oil purifier is a kind of multi-functional equipment for dehydration, degassing, and treatment process of lube oil. It is developed and manufactured by Wanmei to treat varieties of lube oils with deferent kinematic viscosity and flash point. DYJ series oil filter is ideal equipment for factories, mines and other industries to purify different kinds of lube oils. The double-stage and multi-stage oil filters are more efficient in their operation.
In view of customers’ special requirement, we have also developed DYJ-B series of semi-automatic Hydraulic oil purifier, DYJ-Q automatic multi-functional Hydraulic oil purifier and DYJ-Ex anti-explosion multi-functional Hydraulic oil purifier which are suitable to work in different conditions.
Application
DYJ series oil filter is widely used in most industries like metallurgy, machinery, oil field, chemistry, mining, power generation, transportation and manufacturing industry for the treatment of hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, compression oil, freezer oil, heat treatment oil, etc. It can remove water, gas and mechanical impurities, light acid and light hydrocarbon from oil, and improve oil quality, resume its lubricating property and ensure normal operation of the equipment.
Characteristics
1.-Super ability in breaking emulsion, dehydration and degassing process. Adopting big cubage, reinforced three-dimension flash distillation column, thin film evaporation technique and large area multi-level separation technique so as to remove water, gas and light hydrocarbon material efficiently and quickly.
2.-Adopting high-quality filter elements and sealing material with corrosion proof, high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical strength, it is suitable even for treatment process of high-viscosity oil under rather high temperature conditions and in this way expanding its field of application.
3.-Fine and precision multi-stage treatment system can remove mechanical particulates thoroughly and effectively.
4.-With air-cooling and condensation system, it can cool the air in the vacuum system efficiently and quickly, which avoids inconvenience of water-cooling.
5.-Advanced high pressure protection device and infrared oil level control system for easy operation.
6. - Perfect automatic and manual oil heating temperature controller, automatic cooling and separation device, simple, safe and reliable.
7.-Aluminum electrical control cabinet with high efficiency for heat transfer and anti-explosion.
8.-DYJ series oil filtercan also be installed with digital flow meter and timer for auto calculating and recording oil volume and working time. (It’s optional according to user’s requirement)
9.-The machine can be installed with two treatment systems for easy and quick change of filter element without stopping the machine.
Besides all these mentioned above, this series of oil filter also has the following merits:
10. - Automatic oil filter series is installed with PLC (programmable logical computer system), which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
11.-DYJ series oil filteris installed with auto alarming system, it will give out alarm and stop the whole machine when motor is overloaded, vacuum pump and oil pump overloaded, heater overloaded and pressure abnormal.
12.-The equipment is installed with auto control of vacuum pressure, auto drainage of water from the equipment.
