Many thanks for your questions and we are pleased to share the following answers with you:

--Our pure acrylic sheet material is imported MMA with PMMA resin and Aluminun Hydroxide , Modified acrylic sheet is MMA with Polyester and Aluminun Hydroxide (Our material suppliers attached), they are different with the polyester sheet.

--Thermoforming:  Our  pure acrylic solid surface is able to thermoforming to different styles ( some projects in attached ppt).

--Cartridges:  We have glue cartridges of different colors tubes  (volum 50ml/ 75ml/250ml).

--Colors:  Our many colors same as Corian and Staron, and Solid surface colors can be adjusted according to your require.

--Stock and Moq:   As usually we have  pure white  (hot sales size 3660*760*12mm) color stock, and MOQ commonly is 50 pcs each color.

--Price:  Durasein solid surface quality is same as Corian and Staron but  with the copetitive price.

May i know have you source solid surface from China before? and you want to buy for wholesale or fabricate by yourself?

And what is the brand of the basin and bathtub in your webside? they also made of acrylic solid surface and import from China?

Mold:use fiberglass to make sink mold,it takes about 25-35 days.One mold lifetime is about 800 piece.Casting:Mixing the material of acrylic resin(MMA+PMMA),aluminum hydroxide and additives。Clean the inner and out mold,Assemble the overflow hole pipe,then use G clamp fix the mold.（One Pot can take 3000kg mixing material,one time need at least casting 1000 kg,so need consider the sink MOQ.Each basin about 5-10kg,sink 10-20kg. ）   QC Test:Casting the mixing material into the mold, it will takes about 14-16 minutes to solidifying ,till the temperature reach 110 degree. Then take off the mold to get the sink.Quality Dep.check whether they have air hole, impurity,crack or not.Cutting and Polishing:Keep the sink mouth flat after plate flat machine cut it.Firstly cut and polish the waste hole，sand the back side to 80 mesh use hand sanding machine，polish the edge use the corner machine.Secondly sand Surface from 80,120 to 400 mesh.(matt finish). The gloss finish need sand to 400 mesh-600 mesh. Some counter top sink need cut faucet hole and overflow hole. Add double edge and fix frame,Use CNC cut edge and back edge.Testing & Packing:Test size, air hole, impurity,crack or not.packing,and smooth.
