ADRS heating elements utilize a unique technology that reduces energy consumption by 40% allowing the use of smaller power supplies, reducing overall cost per splice.

3.Fast Cooling time: 15 minutes (from 145 degrees down to 70 degrees or less);

4.Time for temperature raise (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature)no more than 25 minutes;

5.The temperature difference of sulfide surface: ±1°c. 

6.Temperature adjustment range: 0~200°c.

7.Vulcanizing pressure: 0~2.5 MPa (details refer to users’ specifications and factory markings);

8.Time of heat preservation for vulcanizing could be adjusted according to  thickness of the rubber belts; 

9.Splicing length of rubber conveyor belt for vulcanizing jointing could be connected

 together by single or several pieces if necessary;

10.Rubber conveyor belt as well as tension in kilogram required for vulcanizing jointing when ordering products.

11.Users could order spare electric pumps additionally according to requirements.

A: 1. Please let me know which type belt is? rubber belt, steel cord belt, PVC belt or other type belts;
2. Max belt width ;3. Heating Platen Length or max splicing length(You can get such length from belt manufacturer recommendation) oryou can inform us what kind of belt, our engineers will help you to confirm it; 4.Splicing angle.Usually we recommend bias angle 20°, but if you have any other angle request, we also can meet your demand;5. 02)Q: Do you have any certificates for the vulcanizing machine?
A: We have CE Certificate and ISO9001:2008 for the machine.
03) Q: Normal delivery time?
A: About 15 working days. Customized machines will take a bit longer.
04) Q: Will you test the machine before shipping?
A: Yes, each machine, we will install and test before shipping.
05)Q: What after-sales service will you supply?
