Q1: How can I confirm what kind of ink I should buy?

A: Check if all the following 3 points match: 
(1) What is the brand and model for printer and print head 
(2) What material would you want to print on 
(3) What is the whole printing process flow

Q2: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, we s est via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.

Q3: I just want to buy ink that customers can add to their printers, similar to the original inks. 

Is it possible for your inks?

A: inks can act 99% like the original inks with the right information. 

But we can't mix inks with any other ink brands, 

include original. (Some model can mix with original, so please ask us.) And don't mix inks with other 
materials too. Mixing may cause reactions between the two inks, precipitation, and then cause blocking.

Q4: How long is the shelf life of your ink?

A: Shelf life will vary depending on your storage conditions. Normally, twelve months from the date produced. 

Once opened, six months in winter and three months in summer at most.
