The Old Blood Grouping Kit （Solid-phase method）  can be used for the old ABO blood group

detection. The cassette can use FOR THE INITIAL TEST,THE PURPOSE IS REDUCED LARGE

DNA TEST, AND QUICKLY GOT THE BLOOD TYPE OF CRIMINAL SUSPECT in the criminal

scene for the blood cake, blood stain, saliva blood grouping detection, tear

stain,mucus,sweat and examination of seminal stain.

【Test Principle】

1. test old blood stain（blood cake）

The assay starts with a sample stain applied by the cotton swab( 10%RBC )to the sample

tube(about 10ul/ml, blood cake is about 0.1cm2 and add the diluent10 drops(400ul-500ul/ml)

into the tube,mixing the diluent with sample,then drop mixed samples 5 dropsin the well,so

that can react with the corresponding antigen on the surface of the red blood cells (RBC).

2. test saliva stain(butt)

Cut the end of cigarette(0.5-1cm about),put the butt into the test tub,10 drops diluent into it,

and soak 3 minutes, take it out   and press all diluent into the buffer. Put 5 drops into the

well. A positive sample produces an immune response, and the RBC can be captured on

the sample region as a red signal, indicating that the test is positive.   

3. Seminal ,mucus, sweat and sweat stain:

Cut a piece of cloth(or paper)( 0.2cm2) with stain, soaked into tub with diluent(8-10

drops),mixing it enough, then press the diluent of cloth(paper) into the tube, use the mixed

diluent   5 drops into test well.

【Reagents and Materials Provided】

1) Test cards individually foil pouched with a desiccant

2) Disposable plastic dropper

3) Sample diluents

4) Package insert

【Storage and Stability】

The kits must be stored at 2～30℃  in the sealed pouch under dry conditions. 

Validity: 24 months.

【Before Testing    】

1. Read carefully and follow all instructions strictly in the package insert before testing. 

2. Bring the device, sample diluents, and specimens to room temperature.

3. Remove test card from the sealed pouch. 

【Assay Procedures】

Suck the mixed sample with plastic dropper, and add 3-5 drops (10-30μl) of diluent in “S” well

of the test card. 5-10 minutes for the test   result
