Q1: Can I have a sample order for led light?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3: How many hours per night does the system run for?

A: The standard working hour of our present speciciation is for 10 hours 100% capacity, with this spec, we can make sure light will work good performance with 100% 5 hours + 50% 3 hours + 30% 2 hours+light sensor, if you would like to have longer time, we can put bigger capacity battery, for example, we use 48AH battery for AI-U30W,, it will work 17 hours with 100% working. and we use different lighting brightness for hours, so we can believe that light will work about 3 rainy days theoretically.

Q4: How many years will the battery last for?

A: Our technology control of battery part is consulted to a famous Doctor from a university who is big specialist for battery industry. so we are keeping high quality standard and proper control for details of light, then we are able to make sure light system is very stable. The lifetime of High temperature resistant lithium battery we are using is 400~500 cycle times, based on our spec and control, the light will work good without black out for 3~5 years on average. some suppliers declare 10 or more than 10 years... that is not based on real.

Q5: Does the system include poles, panel mounting brackets, is it a full kit that we can send to customer and they can install without requiring any other material?

A:Please note that the price in our quotation does not include the pole, while we can provide pole if customer need. because many customer are using this system to replace the old street light, so they do not need the pole. For easier installation. We are providing panel mounting brakcets, and we can modify it if customer need. There is a PDF for solar panel installtion on pole as an idea from our NZ customer, that is the way we will do for this system. We are trying our best to make system easy for installations.
