From April 1, 2001 DEMAN law regulate that use PSE mark instead of T and other mark, and strengthen the punish solution for importers.

According to DENAN, the products must carry on certification by the third certification organization authorized by METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

DEMAN law divide the products into A and B two types, the manufacturer responsible for save testing result:

A : Special electric advice and material products

B : Other electric advice and material products Rhombus PSE mark must be labeled Round PSE mark must be labeled

Special electric advice and material products(total 112 items)

Non-Special electric advice and material products(total 340 items)

What is JATE

MPHPT regulate that Japan implement compulsive certification for telecommunication devices. JATE is the only one eligible agent for implement technology environment’s certification, namely JATE certification. JATE carry on compulsive certification for public net telecommunication devices. Approved equipments can connect with public net and need not accept examination by telecommunication supplier.

What is TELEC

The wireless products need carry on Janpan Telecom model approves (mainly for RF part) when enter into Japan market, now MORLAB can provide this testing and certification, TELEC certification process and required documents as following:

Note: All of submission documents s ested being Japanese, English documents also be accepted. The testing report can use local testing institution language.
