1, oil storage type lubrication. This kind of lubrication will make the magazine and gear ring, and the cooling effect of oil flow is poor, so it is only suitable for occasions with small power and low speed. There is a type of this type of oil storage is not the flow of lubrication, the oil will be sealed after filling the inside of the grease, regular washing and changing.
2, self flow lubrication. The lubricating oil is injected through the nozzle and flows through the gear side gap, which flows out from the small hole of the sleeve, which mainly has the cooling effect, and is difficult to form an oil film.
3, strong lubrication. Lubricating oil from the bottom of the teeth of each small hole injection, oil centrifugal force into the meshing surface, the role of lubrication and cooling. The oil is flowing out from both sides of the tooth. This type of lubrication oil flow cycle continuously, along with the outflow of lubricating oil and the magazine, sprayed certain pressure into the meshing surface under the action of centrifugal force, so the lubricating cooling effect good, suitable for high speed and heavy load.
