1. Sewing area with various patterns

Various bar-tack patterns can be sewn within the sewing area of 40mm (length) x 30mm (width) with the programmable software IP-200 (optional).

2. New work clamp lift and thread trimming mechanism

The work clamp lift driven by full closed-loop pulse motor, can switch between the first step and the second step optionally to enable positioning of material easy. New thread trimmer makes the thread end shorter than 2.5mm and direct-driven by pulse motor makes low noise and vibration which helps reduce operators' fatigue.

3.Strong needle penetration

It's equipped with 550W servo motor which can keep sewing beautiful and thread trimming stable for heavy-weight material. Even running at a low speed, the needle penetration is still very strong.

4.Low tension and high sewing performance

It is equipped with closed-loop pulse motor for material feeding device, With mechanism of perfect needle bar sync with take-up lever, helps sew with low tension and take up the bobbin thread & upper thread at the same time.

The equilibrium of the thread catching has been expanded, which can enlarge the sewing range for light and knitted materials.

5. Lower noise, better stability, longer lifetime

Based on the old 1900D, a new kinking preventing device is equipped to solve the problem of kinking in the take-up part, thus decreases the failure rate.

6.Environment-conscious

CHNKI has made CHNKI GREEN LABEL for CLK-1900 series in conformity with ISO 14021.  Compared with the old model, it saves power with the servo motor, reduces noise by 3dB and saves oil by 1/3 through non-oil supply technology.

Functional setting: Pattern number, enlargement/reduction scale, sewing speed, needle thread tension and so on.

Pattern selection: Activating P1 to P30 patterns with a touch on corresponding keys.

Circulatory function: 20 different cycle combinations, and maximum of 30 different sewing patterns in one cycle combination.
