(1) Blast furnace: according to different minerals, different furnaces can be designed here: nickel iron furnace, manganese furnace, copper melting furnace, chrome ore furnace, Magnetite furnace etc., including inlet system, feeding system, roof system, front slagging and tapping system, gas system, power system, cast iron machine, hot blast furnace, thermal instrumentation system. Our furnaces have advantages of high yield, low coke rate, no nodulation, and easy operation. With the top advanced technology, every procedure is the optimal scheme after repeated screening, which makes things more reasonable.

(2)Sintering machine: sintering platform, batching system, ignition furnace, thermal breaking and screening system and so on, classified as step type sintering machine, ring sintering machine, belt sintering machine. With automatic batching, mixing, sintering, breaking and air cooling integrated operation, we have obtained intensive procedure, continuous production, adequate yield, high quality, economic labor and low energy consumption. The batching uses PLC automatic belt scale to make all kinds of raw materials mixed in proportion so as to meet the furnace requirements to alkalinity level. The mixing uses a combination of first mixing and second mixing. With scientific calculation, reasonable rotating speed can make the mixing evenly, therefore the particles formed will have good performance during sintering, which will save cost and increase the yield.

(3)Lime kiln: weighing system, feeding system, distributing system, ash discharging system, power system and gas treatment system. Gas and coal dual-use lime kiln is designed, which can still produce lime without gas in early period .

(4)Coking kiln: coal washing system, coal blending system, coking system, gas recovery system, tar extraction system, coke quenching system, and screening system. Local coal is used to coke after collocation. Coke, gas and tar and so on are produced.

(5)Power plant: boiler system, steam turbine system, generator system, dedusting system, and water treatment system. Surplus coal gas is used as fuel, with a small part of lignite, to generate electricity with surplus gas, which saves cost and reduce emissions of carbon monoxide.

Rotary kiln: among non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy, iron, aluminum, copper, zinc, tin, nickel, tungsten, chromium, burrs and so on metals, use rotary kiln as smelting equipment, sinter, roast and direct return the ore, concentrate and intermediate. For example, during aluminum production, this is used to roast aluminum hydroxide to produce alumina; during iron making this is used to produce pellets for blast furnace.
