Product Description
Structure: it consists of inner tube, reinforcement layer and cover layer. The inner tube is resistant to petroleum or water based fluid; the reinforcement layer is made of 1-2 wire braided layers with high strength or 4-6 spiral layers; the cover layer is resistant to weather or oil.
Characteristic: the hose has excellent pulse performance at the medium temperature of 100℃, without leakage for millions of times. Its burst pressure，adhesive strength between inner tube and cover，and flexibility at low temperature meet with the specified specification. It has excellent resistance to liquid, ozone and abrasion.
Standard: EN 853, EN 856, EN 857, SAE J517, ISO 1436, ISO 3862
Application: It is applied to the hydraulic transmission system of excavator, scooptram, weight carrier, hoisting machine and heavy truck.
