One-Step FOB Test is a rapid, visual immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of blood hemoglobin in fecal samples. This test is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of lower gastrointestinal (g.i.) disorders. The test is recommended for professional use.

Sensitivity: The analytical sensitivity of the test is up to 0.200μg/ml of fecal suspension i.e. equivalent to 100- 200 μg/g of feces
Specificity: The FOB Rapid Test Device (Cassette) is specific to human hemoglobin. The following substances, when spiked in both positive and negative specimens, did not interfere with the test results.
