Main Features

1)Using imported electric eye tracking servo motor feeding, ensure the feed speed and die-cutting speed synchronization.

2)According to the figure after printing die cutting or no text pattern die cutting, can be used to identify the color of light magic eye with servo motor,guarantee after printing product die-cutting and die cutting location and pattern of perfectly.Die cutting for no printing products,as long as the die cutting length can be on the microcomputer controller settings.

3) die cutting knife size is 850 mm * 283 mm (also can be made according to user requirements).

4) die shear force provided by the 4 kw variable frequency motor, not only save electricity and can realize stepless speed regulation,particularly with large flywheel to cooperate，make the die shear is large and stable and further to save electricity.

5) the highest die cutting speed can reach 12000 times per hour, has a very high production efficiency.

6)adopts flat die cutting method, cutter plate for cheap.
