Features
# Spindle is 9kw HSD air cooled spindle, which supporting auto tool changing and with low noise.
# We install 12 sets auto tool changer carousel maganize following with the spindle. It can achieve 8-10 finishing tool changing.
# Its driving system is YASKAWA servo motor and driver, which won't lose step with high speed and high precision.
# There are two assist devices: auto load table and auto unload table.
(You just need to put plates on load table, there are sucker which will auto grabbing material then put it on cnc router working table. When finishing the cutting engrving craving, there is device to push pieces to unload table.)
# X Y Z axis are all guided by Taiwan HIWIN square rail, and there are twin square rail guide on Y axis, moving more stable.
# Z axis adopting Taiwan TBI ball screw transmission model, with more high precision and faster than common ball screw machine.
# X Yaxis using importing grinding rack transmission, with high stable and high speed.
