During divorce settlement, there is a need  of identification  and evaluation of  the financial resources of the couple.

Generally, the parties are not fully aware of the assets of the other spouse abroad. It necessitates  to hire a  legal representative who can assist in preparing comprehensive report on the assets along with evaluation of each asset at current prevailing market price.

It is very important to take legal advice at the time of  divorce as the court orders  the financial  settlement only during the divorce process.
