1.Product Introduction

3.Technology
Special heat treatment is the key to HOT Grinding Ball’s superior quality. We have developed world’s first-class heat treatment lines. It applies of high temperature on-line thermomechanical treatment technique. The balls are rotating and quenching one by one through the special designed equipment in very short time. Homogenous and stable quenching quality ensures the high and uniform hardness of grinding balls. Fine grain and high impact toughness value ensures excellent wear ability of Yute Grinding Balls. With high technology content and high automation degree, the automatic producing lines designed and made by ourselves has effective controls on the whole process by computer. This avoided all artificial interferences and improved the products’ quality significantly .This cutting-edge computer control system is currently unique in the world.
