　　5.Requirements for installation

　　FRP lighting sheets and anti-corrosive tiles are durable products designed for weather interference resistance. Breakages and scratches are likely to affect their service life, so take care at the time of installation. Special accessories include drill bit, self-tapping screws, waterproof caps (including covers, caps and waterproof gaskets), waterproof tape, etc.

　　1). The diameter of the drilling hole must be 2-3mm greater than that of fixation screw for the purpose of thermal expansion and contraction.

　　2). Special waterproof gaskets furnished by our company must be used between the screw and the tile, so as to resist water and dust.

　　3). Double-sided tape must be used on the top of the purlin, so as to avoid friction between the product and the purlin.

　　4). Double-sided tape must be used at the longitudinal overlaps, so as to achieve the waterproof function.

　　5). When the lighting sheet length is within 12m, overlapping is not required; if the length exceeds 12m, the overlapping length shall be within the range of 200-400mm, and waterproof tape shall be used twice at the overlaps, so as to avoid water return.

　　6). When storing lighting sheets and anti-corrosive tiles, do not place heavy objects on them, so as not to crush them.
