Samhotimes series fast charge power bank supports QC2.0 9V/2A output for mobile phone charge, while normal power bank usually supports 5V/1A or 5V/2A. Charging Time=Mobile Voltage*Battery Capacity/( Power Bank Voltage*Output Current) For example, if your mobile is 3000mAh, with our fast charge power bank, it takes about 3A*3.7V/(9V*2A)=0.6Hrs. But with normal power bank, it takes about 3A*3.7V/(5V*2A)=1.1Hrs or 2.2Hrs with 5V/1A output. (Please note, above charging time is based on idea condition without any power wastage in charging process.)

Mobile phone charging time is depends on mobile phone battery capacity and max input current limited. Different mobile phone needs different charging time.
Take example of Samsung Galaxy S6, it support QC2.0 quick charge. The battery capacity is 2550mah. Count by battery standard voltage, the power is 2.55(2500mah/1000mah=2.55A) x3.7(v)=9.435Wh. The power bank output is 9V/2A, then the output power is 9V x 2A=18Wh. Then under ideal condition, Samsung Galaxy S6 fully charging time is 9.435/18=0.524 hour, it is about 31 minutes. But during charging process, it is unavoidable losses of current because of heating and cable, so the real charging time should be about 40 minutes. Users can count the charging time according to own mobile phone battery capacity. Please notice: mobile phone charging time is depends on mobile phone battery capacity and max input current limited. It is not directly relationship with power bank.
