  • Chemical Name: Mono calcium Phosphate
  • Formula: Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O
  • Molecular Weight: 252.07
  • Specificity: White crystalline power or plate crystal, specific gravity: 2.22, slightly soluble in
    water (1.8%,30    ℃), and in nature of hygroscopicity, will be of acidity after
    hydrolyzing. Insoluble in ethanol. when heated to 109    ℃,it loses crystal water.

  • USES:In food industry,it is used as bulking agent ,buffering agent, nutritional supplement,  emulsifier, stabilizer, ect quality improver. It can improve the adhesion and water holding capacity of food. Mainly used in wheat flour, cake, cookies, fried food, biscuits, milk powder, ice-cream etc.
  • Packing: It is packed in 25kgs craft paper bags with PE liner inside.

Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse, kept
away from water and moisture, furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substance. Its
expiry date is 24 month.
