Jaw crusher application
Jaw crusher is widely used in many industrys including Mining,  Construction, Quarry, Ore, Stone, Chemical Industry, Metallury, Building Materials, Highway, Road  and so on.
It is suitable for the primary or secondary crush of large rock with compressive resistance no more than 320MPa.

Our jaw plate and side plate is made of High Manganese steel Mn13Cr2, Mn13Cr2 is a high wear-resistance material, which can prolong the service life of the machine. In case of hard pebble stone, it can crusher 20000 tons stone.

Jaw Crusher Working Principle:

The motor drives the belts and the belt wheels, and make the movable jaw up and down by the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the materials can be crushed; when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes bigger; and the movable jaw plate leaves from the fixed jaw by the function of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.
