MACHINE SPECIFICATION

1. Single-row machine: producing top quality mouse glue traps on or about 1500 pieces each hour . Producing standard mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, cockroach glue houses/insect sticky traps, mosquito glue paper/board on or about 3000 pieces each hour; Double-row machine has particular automatic paper feed function to let its production simpler, convenient and more faster, 6000-15000 pcs/h;

2.Single-row or double-row machine all can be compatible with big /small mouse glue traps, top quality mouse glue traps, plastic or other wooden concave type mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, cockroach glue houses, no matter how thick or thin, big or small

3.Single row and double row all can be equipped with automatic feeder, auto sprinkle fish bait, auto folder (folded in half), auto counter optionally. Single row machine need be controlled by only 1 person, except package. Double-row machine needs 3 workers operation;

4.Each line of the Double production line is independent completely, so it can produce 2 kinds of different products at the same time, double line can work at the same time, or only one line works, working speed also can be different.

5.Single row and double row working speed are controlled by adjustable speed motor, photoelectric switch control system and automatic follow system simultaneously in order to ensure precise track and neat cut of glue. 

The full length of the production line of single-row machine is 2 meters; The production line of double-row machine is Two-stage design, full length is 4 meters and let the production faster.

6.Specialized air cylinder takes glue guns up after gelatinizing each paper, glue gun will be lifted automatically to make glue even and no trailing.

7.Electric appliances of this equipment such as air cylinder, adjustable speed motor, speed regulator, solenoid valve etc. are all universal parts, imported from Taiwan or other countries to ensure the quality and the low maintenance charge.

CONFIGURATION

Model no HG-818 Single-row standard configuration: production line for export only of mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, insect sticky traps, cockroach glue houses + 20 kilograms-capacity hot melt glue machine of model no HG-820;

Model no HG-828 Double- row standard configuration: production line for export only of mouse glue traps, fly glue traps, insect sticky traps, cockroach glue houses ×2 sets + 80 kilograms-capacity single or double melting tank glue machine of model no HG-880.

Alternative configuration: can select 20 kilograms,30 kilograms,45 kilograms,80 kilograms or 150 kilograms-capacity single or double melting tank glue machine based on different price.

Remark

• The standard machine size glue coating width 210mm: max passing paper 230mm (coating width can change according to the customer requirement)
• HG-818 single row production line: 2530×770×1310mm; HG-820 hot melting machine：820×460×507mm, capacity: 20kg. If you think the capacity is small, you can choose different capacity 30kg or 80kg with different price. 

• HG-828 double row production line: 4530x770x1310mmx2; HG-880 hot melting machine: 980×560×940mm, capacity 80kg. 
• The paper board thickness: above 0.1mm
