PEVA film is a brand-new product nowadays in the field of plastic made from polymerization of POLYETHYLENE and ETHYLENE-VINYLE ACETATE COPOYMER(EVA)and can be instead of PVC products to get a best solution in the protection of environment. 

1. Inodorous, innocuity, biodegradable. No poison gas released when burnt. PEVA is environment protection material. It is free of lead, chromium and PAHS. no DOP & ODS gas released.

2. Physical performance is almost not affected by season. It is resistant to low temperature -32°C to -80°C, commonly used at most climate in the world.

3. Density is approximately 0.92, light weight. PEVA is the best products to replace PVC.

4, Soft, smooth, gentle, good printing and coloring effect, and can be used for heat sealing, sewing, or by supersonic machine.

5, Thickness: 0.06mm to 1.0mm, Max. width is 230cm.PEVA film can be transparent, translucent, frosty, 3D, specular, bicolourable, diamond embossment, also can make special embossment by customer request.

6, Laminated with cloth, non-woven different material. It can be used for waterproof material for bags and can add different auxiliary to produce special uses film. eg: mildew proof, antisepsis, ultraviolet-proof, anti-static, antiflaming film.
