Two Part Silicone Gel  APPLICATION :

     This silicone rubber is specially used for sealing the sump / flume of the air filter for sealing purposes. Air filter is trapping mainly dust particles and and various suspended solids of 0.5um or less. Ultra fine glass fiber paper as filter, offset paper and aluminum as dividing plate, it has high filtration efficiency, low resistance, high dust holding capacity and other characteristics.

        It specifically for use in high efficiency air filters. A sealing effect of sealed air tight can be formed in the grooves, and the adhesion is very well between the silicone elastic gel and the groove wall. If you move or take away the filter, this elastic gel will easily separate from the filter and  reply the elasticity, and can automatically restore the sealing effect.      

    It also can be applied to the surface PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABC, PVC, etc. and metal surface.

Two Part Silicone Gel  DESCRIPTION:

    Two parts sealing silicone rubber is an elastic gel after curing, a viscous gel which is formed with two-component, part A is transparent liquid silicone, part B is blue curing agent. Mix part A and B with 1:1 mix ratio at room temperature, then you will get a viscous silicone elastomer.  

    With following advantages: convenient weighing, easy potting, no emissions, waste, waste emissions, xcellent weather resistance, excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, can absorb the stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, moderate hardness, elastic recovery is good.

Two Part Silicone Gel  FEATURES:

 Two Part Silicone Gel  SHELF LIFE

Twelve(12) months when stored under dry and cool place by original package under 25℃.
