Product specification:

UV offset printing ink is mainly apply to Thermal paper, two-side offset paper, ivory board, Gold and silver
card board, PVC, etc, which is printed by single-color or multicolor press. The related products covering
high-class lottery tickets, bills, gift boxes, greeting cards, trademark, wine packaging, etc.

Application materials:

Ivory boards, golden and silver cardboards, PET coated cardboards, laser card boards, synthetic paper,
adhesive stickers, PVC series, PET, PE, PP, etc.

Application products:

Apply to high-class packing boxes, cigarette case, wine cases, trademark, plastic stationery, all kinds of
cards.

How to use:

1.       Add 1-5% specified UV varnish, which to reduce the viscosity of the ink, and increase the fluidness.

2.       Adding UV diluents can desaturate the color.

3.       Adding 5% or less viscosity reducer can lower the viscosity.

4.       Planographic printing or rotory press is available

5.       The printing speed can be lower than 180 meters per minutes or higher than 8000 per hour.

Notes:

1.       Printing plate material: Using negative image PS plate or positive image PS plate( for UV ink). If
    using general positive PS plate, the plate must be baked. When using resin letterpress printing,
   nylon one should be chosen.

2.       Rubber covered roller: Please using UV specified one or dual-use ones of general offset ink and
    UV ink. It’s better to use PU resin type UV specified rollers.

3.       Rubber cloth: The cloth which is apply to general offset ink or UV ink is available, and the latter
    is better.

4.       Please keep the ink at temperature of 15~25℃， and avoid direct sunshine.

5.       Please avoid contact with skin and wash by suds once contact.
