And the structure is simple and reasonable, with fewer parts, and it has properties of low cavitation noise, good performance, easy and convenient operation and maintenance. The generator can be automatically controlled, and the voltage and frequency is automatically stable. And 24-hour watch is unnecessary. This kind of units is widely used and is exported to other countries. And good reputation has gained.

2.Structural Description:

The unit consists of turbine (with butterfly valve), generator and control cabinet.

Turbine: shaft-extension, horizontal turbine is adopted. For each plant, separate hydraulic design will be done to guarantee that each turbine operates under optimal working conditions and with low cavitation, high efficiency, low vibration and stable operation, thus damage due to cavitation and maintenance for parts can be reduced to a great extent, and the lifespan of unit can be greatly prolonged. Via the stay vane water flow is introduced into the runner. The turbine guide bearing is made of anti-wear material. Filtering device is designed to filter. The structure of the whole set is simple and reliable. Elastic coupling is used to connect the generator directly. And all-purpose pulley can be used to directly drive agricultural machinery.

Butterfly valve: used to control the switching of the turbine. Before the valve, diversion by steel pipe is adopted.

Generator: Using 3-phase AC synchronous generator.

4. Selection of unit:

For the selection the units, the customers only need to provide the design head (net head) of plant, flow at dry season, design flow, planned installed capacity, elevation and power utilization of the plant, and we can select the units, provide the layout of the power house equipment and provide the whole set of equipment.
