Description of Aluminium pipe clamps & tube clamps 

Our factory produce and supply aluminum pipe clamps according to German standard DIN 3015 for hydraulic line and pipe lines under high temperature. Description as below.

1)   Size range:
Hydraulic aluminum pipe clamp is available for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -508mm
2)   Structure:
Assembly of the most popular type of aluminum hydraulic pipe clamps including cover plate, welded base plate (elongated plate available), aluminum clamp bodies (2), high strength bolts (2). 

We also supply aluminum pipe clamps with other structure as below:
Rail nut aluminum pipe clamps (L-G9 series) available: cover plate + aluminum clamp body(2)+ bolts(2) + rail nuts(2), installed on steel channels or rails.
Stackalbe aluminum pipe clamps (L-G13) available (max. 5 layers): Stackable Bolts + aluminum pipe Clamp body + safety locking plates.
3)   Materials:
Cover Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel(mild steel) / stainless steel(304/316)
Welded Plate: Galvanized Carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Bolts: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body:  Aluminum(AL)
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions.
4)    Working Temperature:
High temperature up to 500 celsius degrees.
5) Main types:

There are three main types of aluminum pipe clamps as below:

1. Standard series stauff type pipe clamps with Aluminum clamp body which is light duty aluminum pipe clamp;

2. Heavy duty pipe clamps with aluminum clamp body which are heavy duty aluminum pipe clamps;

3. Double pipe clamps with aluminum clamp body which are twin aluminum pipe clamps.

6) Application:
Aluminum pipe clamp is suitable for oil, liquid and gas pipe /tube installation and fastening in the hydraulic system in different areas such as the metallurgy, construction machinery, petroleum industry, chemical industry, ship buliding, power station and so on.
