The bucket unloading machine is a continuous unloading machine which USES a chain bucket to remove material from the ship's cabin and unload the material from the conveyor system on the plane to the wharf.

Chain bucket unloader is a kind of continuous unloading equipment which has developed rapidly in the past ten years. At present, Germany, Japan and our country are developing products of this type. There are two kinds of chain bucket unloading machine developed in China. One is the suspension chain, as shown in the figure, which is suitable for deck barge. Catenary chain bucket ship unloader of the bucket in the feeding section is not rigid support, is hanging, fell on the hopper in the ship deck operations during turbulence, can with the deck floating up and down, so the hopper can be clingy deck work, with a clearance ability. The other type is an l-shaped bucket unloader, which is shown in the picture. The chain bucket excavated the material and lifted it to the top, and the material was unloaded on the belt conveyor in the arm belt and transported to the rear. The L shape of the head can be rotated, the arm frame can pitch and rotate. By automatic control, it can ensure that the feeding head is moved by a certain route.
