Spring Cone Crusher

Compared with jaw crusher, spring cone crusher has the advantage of low operation costs, high productivity, easy adjustment and stable structure. Cone Crusher can be used for secondary and fine crushing of hard and medium hard mineral stone, such as iron ore, copper ore, quartz, granite, basalt and dolerite, etc.

Working principle:

While the spring cone crusher is working, the motor will work through fluid couplings, small bevel gears to drive the big bevel gears on botom of the eccentric bushings, and force the eccentric bushings to rotate, cones to wave so as to crushing materials. Main draft of the cruher does not move, noly serve to support the shan spherical bush and bear crushing power. As main draft of the crusher does not move and crushing power is transferred by eccentric bush, thus, this structure is ablie to bear more crushing power, which is quite suitable for fine crushing and super fine crushing, as crushing power of super fine crushing is quite strong.
