FUNCTION PRINCIPLE

TJWM laboratory air cooling hyporthermal planetary ball mill is used for continuously feeding liquid nitrogen into the protective cover of the transfer system of the planetary ball mill, when the sun wheel rotates, and the ball mill jar in the sun wheel revolves around the axis of the axle and do reverse planetary rotation. The grinding ball in the jar spiral rises along the ball milling jar wall, impacting material in high speed, and the ball and material collide with each other in high speed motion to achieve the purpose of crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersing the sample. In the process of rotating machine, the refrigerant will absorb the heat generated by the high speed rotating ball mill to achieve a condition that the ball mill with material and grinding ball is always in a low temperature environment. Circulating liquid nitrogen directly discharged into the air.
