Road/deck shot/sand blasting machine is also known as mobile shot blasting machine, it is one of the main and durable products of our company. It is able to cleaning up the laitance(floating slurry) and various residue on the concrete surface at once, and is capable of deburring for concrete to get a uniform rough surface, which will not only greatly improve the adhesion strength of waterproof layer and concrete base layer, obtaining a better combination of waterproof layer and the road surface, but also fully expose the concrete crack, to play preventive measures.

Work Principles:

Throw high speed pellets (steel shots or sand)by mechanical means at an specific angle to the workpiece surface, letting pellets pound it’s surface to clean up the residue and get certain roughness. At meantime, dust collector will produce negative pressure to collect the pellets, dust and other impurities, after clean in the gas stream, intact pellets will automatically recycle, while the impurities and dust will fall into the dust collection box. During operation time, by controlling and changing the pellet size and shape, adjusting machine walking speed and controlling the flow amount of the pellets, we will obtain different pellets strength, which will achieve different surface treatment effect. The dust removing system adopts the internationally advanced pulse type device, characterized by high efficient, and after cleaning the dust emission meets the relevant requirement of the world regarding environmental protection.
